Former culinary instructor Bill Millholland has found the perfect balance between freshly baked bread and a little noshing at his one-year-old Uptown bakery. Baker & Nosh, which opened in January 2012, features world class artisan bread and fine cheeses and meats in one of Chicago’s fast-growing neighborhoods.
